Property developer HBD has let 50% of its Blake House scheme in Uxbridge to Galliford Try in what is one of this yearsâ largest Thames Valley office lettings.
The construction giant has taken 15,000 sq. ft. within the Uxbridge building, which has undergone significant transformation since being acquired by HBD.
The 3-storey, 31,638 sq. ft. Grade A office scheme, located on Cowley Business Park was completely redeveloped and refurbished, with a stunning double-height grazed reception area, large extension at the rear, abundant car parking and flooded with natural light throughout.
