Planning has been submitted for the creation of a sustainable, future-proof building that is targeting net zero in construction.

TWO45 will also have the potential to create hundreds more jobs for the region, with HBD’s plans doubling the unit size here meaning lots of employment opportunities when the building is projected to complete in 2025.
